Job Title: Junior Finance & Transaction Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland.

Reports to: CFO

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Transaction Manager to support our growing finance and marketplace operations. This role will focus on processing HVT (High-Value Transaction) invoices and payouts, handling monthly commissions for our marketplace partners, managing invoices, supporting monthly bookkeeping, and assisting with other key financial functions.

This position is ideal for someone looking to take on significant responsibility early in their career and develop skills in both finance and sales-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVT Processing: Own and manage the processing of individual HVTs (High-Value Transactions), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Marketplace Commission Management: Handle monthly payouts to marketplace partners, ensuring accurate calculations and transfers.
• Invoice Management: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring compliance and proper recording.
• Revenue Share Management: Oversee revenue share arrangements, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
• Monthly Bookkeeping: Support monthly bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records are maintained.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, tracking payments, and helping to maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketplace teams to ensure financial processes are aligned with overall business objectives.
• General Finance Support: Support senior finance team members with various financial tasks as needed, including reconciliations and financial tracking.
• Customer success / Sales : Own and manage inbound HVT sales request calls with prospective clients

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Some experience or internships in finance, accounting, or related roles preferred (junior or entry-level applicants welcome).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial concepts (invoices, payments, revenue shares).
• Comfortable working with financial tools/software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over calls and emails, for handling HVTs and financial inquiries.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, collaborative team.

Desirable:

• Sales/Finance Hybrid Skillset: Ideally, a mix of financial knowledge with an understanding of sales processes or experience in a customer-facing role.
• Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
